And the country i have chosen is the great Brazil, the capital of Brazil is Brasilia,( Fun Fact in 1763 - 1980 Rio was the capital until it go moved to Brasilia)  In Brasilia the population is 210,581,088this present day. In Brasilia its winter instead of summer like New Zealand or more like 4 seasons in a day. Brasilia is located on the northwest of Brazil and close to the South Atlantic coast. The common language spoken in Brasilia is  Portuguese.
